Thanksgiving DIY: Autumn Leave Cards 2.0

We gave this project another try.
This time with the little sister.
We tape a printout of autumn leaves at the bottom of the box.
Put some dab of fall colors on top of the print.
Put couple of marbles then shake.
Once dry, cut the leaves and paste them on cardstocks then stamp "thank+giving"
It turned out really nice just like the first time.

Milestone Birthday DIY

I DIYed another version of this gift for my dad's 70th birthday.
This time I used sepia color palette.
I used wedding for photos for parents and siblings and first birthday photo for the grandkids.
I label each photo with names and wedding date or birthdays.
I wrote one of my dad's favorite Bible verse.
I used a 9x9 shadowbox from Ikea.
Loved this version as much as I loved this one.

Thanksgiving DIY: Autumn Leaves Card

The leaves were a project LO did in his vitrual summer camp.
Stick a print out of fall leaves at the bottom of a box.
Put some dab of fall colors on top of the print.
Put marbles then shake.
After frying, we cut the leaves and paste them on cardstocks then stamp "BE thankful"
Voila! A very nice DIY thanksgiving card.

Statement Onesie DIY: Newborn Facts

Of course I can't pass the opportunity of making a onesie statement for my little girl.
I made this Newborn facts onesie using my Cricut.
I used black sharpie to fill the blanks.

Inspiration from spunkystork

It's a nice welcoming gift for our LG.

Statement Onesie and Shirt DIY: Siblings

For big brother's gift to baby sister, I thought of a matching outfit for them.
I asked the little boy to write the words "Kuya" and "Bunso".
Using the Pinoy translations for Big Brother and youngest sibling is an homage to their Filipino roots.
Then I used it for our Cricut design.

I think they look good on them!

Father's Day DIY: M&M Card and Super Dad Chocolate Bag

LO made this easy to make Father's Day Card.
We used some letter stamps, cardstock and an M&M peanut pack.

Inspiration from Crafty Morning

I made this one myself because LO was sick on Father's Day for Granpa and Uncles.
I downloaded this template, print and stick it to this baggie I got from DT and fill it with as many Kisses chocolates as you like.

Milestone Birthday DIY: Forties Shirt

Hubby is a Mandalorion fan.
So I thought this will be a perfect shirt for when he turns forty.
I got the shirt from Target and made the iron-on design with my Cricut.
Love how it turned out!

Money Gift DIY: Milestone Birthday

I finally got the courage to create a money cake.
Perfect for hubby's milestone birthday.
I used this money box from Amazon.
I got a ready made "Cookies and Cream" cake from our local store.
And of course bills, bills, bills.
The process is a bit intimidating because the "money box" might malfunction.

I think it was a big success, watch the birthday boy's reaction...

Money Gift DIY: Christmas Gift 2.0

For Christmas this year, I found another great money gifting idea.
I got these plastic jars from Dollar Tree.
I used tissue roll in the middle to store the money.
I used Christmas themed M&Ms but you can use any chocolate/candy you like.
I top it with bows I also got from DT.
The minimalistic in me decided to just write a short message using white paint marker.
But I think Christmas doodles will be nice idea too.

I prefer a darker color willow wreath, but DT only have this natural one.
